		<description>Meditation is one of the most difficult tasks a yogi has to practice through the course of their journey. It requires patience, dedication, and willingness to re-connect with your inner self so you can live in the now. I totally agree with you what you said about meditation and that one doesnt need to do some yoga poses. Meditation is a series of conscious effort to be at your present life, whether you&#039;re at work or while sipping your coffee. Everyone can meditate anywhere and they can practice it everywhere.
