    Thank you so much for your words… I have been seeing a counselor the minute i first experienced it, I made an appointment and have been going religiously. Its been helping as Im the type of person who NEEDS to talk about my feelings. I have also taken off time from work to just relax and go out with friends and do things that I like to do. Usually when I do this my anxiety subsides… not nonexistent but i feel relief.
