    How are you going Holly?  I practise this often, but have terrible willpower to stick with it.  Day 3 for me again now… I also eat keto to assist in the IF.  I have heard the weight loss and overall improvements in health are a huge positive for IF.  I am hoping to lose about 25kg.

    Reading this conversation, I too was feeling worthless, like the world was completely against me. You and Anita have saved me. I now look past the negatives in life, most of which I cannot control. Instead I look around, at my loved ones, at nature, into myself through meditation. I am grateful now, not negative. I show gratitude for my health, my friends, my family. I also have found helping others who are less fortunate, and yes, there will always be those people, has also helped not only those directly, but also myself.
