Believe it or not, just ten minutes of daily laughter provides a number of health benefits–but hopefully you can let go long enough without having to watch the clock! If you find yourself getting too serious today, take a break. Whatever burden you’re carrying can wait a few minutes, and it will likely be easier to tackle when you de-stress a little.
