Although this time of year is known as the season for giving, we have opportunities every day to be generous in our interactions with people. Not necessarily generous with our money, but generous with time, attention, and respect.

It’s a sad reality that a lot of people walk around feeling inferior because of their jobs, their homes, their cars, or even their appearances. A simple act of kindness from someone who has nothing to gain can remind them they are valuable.
