“Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are.” -Chinese Proverb
Perhaps it is a cultural phenomenon, but some people view their stress as a badge of honor. The more harried you are, the more you’re accomplishing, and the more valuable you are to society. Except it doesn’t have to work that way.

If you aspire to do more–more than other people, more than you did this week last year–realize you can do it with a relaxed state of mind. It will be easier to create that mental state if you work at it throughout your day.
Today’s post, 10 Ways to Slow Down and Still Get Things Done, may give you a few ideas to slow your frenzied pace.
