Tiny Wisdom: On Loving Life

“If we look at the world with a love of life, the world will reveal its beauty to us.” -Daisaku Ikeda

The situations in our lives can sometimes seem overwhelming.

Maybe you work long hours at a job you dislike. Or you’re in a relationship with someone who travels a lot. Or you have a leg injury that limits your physical activity. All of these circumstances are challenging.

But you’re alive. You have skills you can use to better yourself. You have people who love you. You have day after to day to create, and play, and explore, and adventure.

If you look closely with gratitude you can find a little beauty everywhere. Even in that boring afternoon meeting you sometimes dread. What small beauty impressed you today?
