“Sometimes the biggest act of courage is a small one.” -Lauren Raffo

Every moment, we have a choice to be brave.

We can do what feels safe, or we can find the motivation to work toward what we really want to do.

We turn a blind eye when someone hurts us, or we can find the strength to communicate how we want to be treated.

We can pretend we don’t hear when someone points out a mistake, or we can find courage to acknowledge a weakness in order to grow stronger.

One huge act of bravery can make a big difference in countless people’s lives; but it’s through small daily acts of courage that we shape our own.

Today if you feel afraid to make a change, speak your mind, or acknowledge something you’d rather avoid, remember: we can only live bold, passionate lives if we’re willing to create them, one brave act at a time.
