“Nobody can do everything, but everybody can do something.” -Unknown

There have been days when I’ve felt completely paralyzed–when nothing I did felt important and my impact felt frighteningly small. When I’ve felt tempted to let myself wilt in isolation instead of blossoming around other people.

These are what I call judging days–times when I was too busy analyzing whether what I was doing was good enough to focus on doing good.

It’s a simple mental shift and yet it can make a major change both in what we choose to do and how we experience it–whether we take one simple step and enjoy it, or visualize a massive leap that feels impossible and stress about it.

Which do you choose today–to do something you can do or stress about everything you think you can’t?
