Have a good Thanksgiving Everyone reading this!

How are you celebrating Thanksgiving? What parts of it do you enjoy? What parts do you not enjoy? Maybe even dread? How does it feel to spend time with family?

I am spending it alone… all alone.

If you live outside the U.S., you can still celebrate Thanksgiving- make today special in some way. This is my intent…all… all alone.

    Dear Jack:

Yes, I do have a partner. He is in Texas for the holidays, yesterday early Wednesday till coming Monday, late night. He is visiting his son, daughter in law and new grandson. I was invited but chose not to go.

I had a great Thanksgiving meal, very enjoyable and huge and all alone. Nothing about it was traditional except being very full. Done at 2:30 pm and went on a walk, 5.5 miles afterwards. Now it is dark although only 5:30 pm.

5.30pm? I never really knew the time differences. It’s 9.30am here. My computer connect is good at the moment but tends to be erratic over the course of the day. No fires near me. No excuses for mini depressions. I’m going to the beach today. it is absolutely picture perfect today. Praise the Buddha!

I love the Texan accent by the way. I sometimes think they are just pretending to sound like cowboys.

Praise Superbuddha! So it is Friday morning, your time? 16 hours ahead? huh. I like accents, except my own. I like English accent, and there are many, I know, and Australian. I once listened to a man from Tazmania, what a funny way of talking. And the Scottish, I cannot understand. The French, well, that is just music. Going to the beach- and you tend to get sun burned, right?

I guess the walks you go on would be truly spiritual with all that nature nearby

Zinc cream on your nose, but not on your toes. I can see it in my mind’s eye, toes and nose. Yoyo chatting on Thanksgiving evening, yoyo chatting with Jack, good enough for me.
