    So recently I’ve been blossoming.

Rich relationships with all those around me. Wonderful growth in my job, and working on some rad projects with some friends. Saving & moving out with my boyfriend soon (…maybe more to me soon ;])

I just need some advice on staying positive. i always randomly get depressed.

How do you stay up when life is so so so good? Thanks

    Dear Mari Hernanez:

When you get depressed during this growth/ success period, what is your depression about? Is it about the past or is it about the future, worrying the success will not last?

    Hi Mari,

If you want to stay positive do some Meditation,  focus your mind on an object, on a thought or a problem. This would draw out your potential from your deepest mind and brings it forth to your conscious mind. Or try practice of withdrawing the mind and senses from the world trying to merge into the cosmic consciousness,or God, this would make your mind blank and just relax without any thoughts or worries and try to connect to a higher level of consciousness.

You could also chant mantras- sacred words of prayers, which have great healing powers. They could also be called secret divine codes. The ancient saints formulated and wrote down Mantras for deities, Gods and planets for propitiating them, and for spiritual benefits. Words have a lot of power. Prayers said with a meditative mind and sincerity works wonders.  But there are certain procedures to follow to activate these Mantras.  Certain Mantras are to be recited for a certain number of times, daily. Some have to be done for a particular purpose only. Once that purpose is accomplished, then you can discontinue the Mantra…for more visit www.ishwarcenter.org/ —Dr. Rakesh Kumar
