    What’s going on Everyone?

    Having read the string above “When is the time to make a change” I wanted to share my philosophy with you, and to get your feedback as to how we can call implement and improve it.

    So the short answer to “when is the time to make a change” is now. Excuse the cliche nature of this, but ‘Past is the history, the future is a mystery, but now is a gift.’

    Your future may be long, or it may end later today. Either way, all that is 100% for sure is right now. You’d be wise to make good use of it.

    Now, as with the author of the earlier post, it’s easy to lose track of our passions and even our dreams. So if you’ve found yourself unsure of where you want to go, you have (as I see it) three options.

    First, you can hold-on, shut-up, and work feverishly toward finding what you’d like your next step to be;

    Second, you can rest confidently in the fact that you are unhappy where you are and simply change it. This takes huge courage, and you MUST be able to take responsibility for whatever happens (financially, personally, etc.)… this can be a dark, and very painful road;

    Third, you can recognize that where you are right now is as it is, and love it. Spend the first 5 minutes of your day writing 3 things you’re grateful for with your job, celebrate where you are. You’ll never be able to enjoy what you don’t have if you can’t enjoy what you do have.

    For context, throughout the years, I’ve implemented all 3 of these options. Some were more painful than the others, but all paid huge rewards in the long run (even after a really deep bout with depression). What I have found however, is that the third option is the most applicable, and hardest to implement. But, I truly believe the things worth accomplishing/having are worth the most work 🙂

    I’d love your thoughts!
