I’ve been trying very hard to mediate and observe my thoughts. It’s very difficult! I think I also have so much going on that I am so overwhelmed by a lot of different things. I think sometimes I am in my head so much but I am working on it.
Though I run this site, it is not mine. It's ours. It's not about me. It's about us. Your stories and your wisdom are just as meaningful as mine.
