Dear Jorge Plath:
It reads to me that you were very hurt as a child, mistreated. What you describe as a block in your chest and a horrible feeling, is that hurt from childhood, I believe. I think that psychotherapy with a competent, caring therapist will be a place to explore this intense feeling that keeps trying to get your attention.
