I agree with Inky that this guy probably knows how you feel. He might even feel the same way but maybe he’s not ready to be in a relationship with you since he’s going abroad. But this is just my opinion. I don’t think we should be too sure while assuming something. Anyways, I do think that you should confess for your sake. Maybe he won’t agree to be in a relationship with you and you might be a bit hurt but believe me, the feeling of taking the courage to express your feelings to the person you like is great. Whether your feelings are returned or not, it always feels like a burden has been taken off your chest.
