Hi Anita, yes, so true.🙏 It’s a little concerning becuz I’m currently doing courier work and so it consists of me driving a lot all over town. It’s a decent income but I need to change that obviously, since it’s affecting me physically.

Now, as far as the issues in my unit, I guess the lever hasn’t been replaced yet because the water and plumbing company needed the approval to go ahead and do that, from the management here that is to do the replacement. So, I’m gonna have to call them here soon and see what they are gonna do, cuz we are going on 2 weeks now since move in. I’m remember this community being higher quality than it is now but then again, it’s been a decade since I’ve lived here.

Im not sure if they will discount my rent even more in September, since I’m already getting 700.00 off from the move-in special. Guess it’s worth a try and asking, to see…
