Dear I choose Healthy&Independent:
You want exercise to be included in your daily routine, and therefore, to do it consistently, every day. Same as I do, and it really makes a difference for me. I start every morning with a 2 minute simple exercise, while I wait for my coffee to be done: it sets my brain on the right path: focused and somewhat optimistic.
“This situation is similar to the GED. I didn’t accomplish it until I realized how important it was to me. I had to make myself study every day for at least an hour, no reward daily, but by staying consistent and not stopping I was able to pass the test“-
