I’m struggling with this now. Feel like someone punched me in the stomach. Long term relationship but when I sit back I can see that this man was emotionless and selfish. I was always at fault for whatever happened to me. I could see my future with him would be very cold but trying to walk away is killing me emotionally. If I stop thinking about walking away, I feel better. I dread the loneliness but we have had a long distance relationship for 4 years and yes think about it, I have been alone. This struggle with heart and mind is hard.
