I know the door is closed, do you get the sense from what he said in his letter that it was closed for good or for now? and could you provide any insight on how to approach the working relationship if he needs this space? Do I just walk away completely from our music projects or try again in a month with “postcards” – or should I flat out call him about it?

I want to have a business relationship with him again (that’s how we started) – but it’s a delicate balance because I don’t want him to completely shut me out forever in all areas, so what do I do? Is a friendship possible and how/when?
