Congratulations for being off meds/ drugs AND experiencing well being! I wasted 17 years or so being on SSRI and other psych drugs. My psychiatrist did not offer any suggestions for my well being other than perscribing me with anything at all that I chose and the dosages I chose, suggesting I will need to be on those drugs for the rest of my life. Gladly I got off drugs after going through HELL several times trying (failed all those times except for the last, being completely off meds/ drugs a year and a half now).

I believe those drugs are prescribed abusively by psychiatrists all over the western world. But as in … there is no such thing as All-or-Nothing, sometimes it works when the drug is meant to be used temporarily, to relieve an acute condition and as a time to be used for healing, be it via meditation and/ or nutrtion and other life style habit formation.

Thank you for the update. At first I did not want to comment. I was turned off by a testimony FOR psychiatric drugs. I even thought you were planted here by the drug industry (ha ha…) but I checked your posting history here and I learned (why I am thanking you) to be more open minded, I hope…
