Sounds good to me, she reaching out to talk to you and you answering her during your lunch (not desperate to answer immediately!) Then she asked if she can call you, so she is not taking you for granted. Then talking for an hour is long enough, meaning there was interest on both side to carry the conversation for a whole hour.
