    I recently found this quote and it made me think about people it might help you too, it’s not ment in a negative way just a different perspective 🙂

    Thank you for taking the time to write this, I think in this modern,fast paced world we forget that we need to take time out for ourselves, everything seems to be faster,quicker, we literally hardly have time to breathe with the pressure, what you wrote is very true in every way, we all need to think less and be aware of things around us that cause negativity, you only live once and we all deserve the best in life 🙂

    Hi, I completely understand how you feel I to have the exact same issues, I have a book by Dr weeks essential help for your nerves it’s a God send, everything you need to know is in there 🙂 you will get through it try working up to things slowly, I was scared to drive for a while but I took small steps and now I can drive for small periods of time which is a massive achievement, ask yourself why your anxious in the car,what do you think will happen? Then remember all the times you drove before easily, it will help you to see that you can do it when your ready 🙂 it’s not easy I’m not going to lie but you can do it take someone with you if it helps,

    Hi, you answered your own question when you said I can sleep without those things 🙂 the best thing to do is see the thought but let it drift off again unfortunately it does take time and practice, not getting a good sleep does tend to make the mind race but you will get there, I found answering back to the thoughts only helped to increase them, try to get a routine for bedtime, lavender is fantastic on your pillow 🙂 I highly recommend it! Don’t focus on trying to fall asleep your body will do it all by itself just sit back and feel your body relaxing, I had trouble sleeping and this is all the things I used and it helped me get my sleep pattern back 🙂 reading helps as well, good luck I hope this helps you x

    Dear Amanda,

    i feel as you feel, i was hit with anxiety and panic attacks about a year ago and have had to do alot of searching within myself and at everything around me, i understand the negativity, thougths and the feeling of not fitting in. Its understandable that when events around you are negative that it becomes difficult to deal with as it brings back old fears/memories, remind yourself of all the good things in your life, things that make you smile, music that brings happyness to you, you can and will overcome the thoughts ect as you did before 🙂 i cant say when it stops as im working on it myself but i understand that i control my thoughts and can make myself feel happy i just have to try a bit harder sometimes 🙂 for every negative thought make 3 positive this helped me, you will get there it just takes time, i am grateful for your post as you do sometimes feel like your the only one, but that itself is a negative thought, i wish you all the best and hope this helps you x
