The inner bully made two appearances then, today at school. I do not like that bully, oh no I do not! I wish I could zip its mouth so it never says a thing!

Do you know Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss? It would fit to replace “green eggs and ham” with “inner bully”:
I do not like that inner bully; I do not like it in a box, with a fox; I do not like it on a train or in the rain; I do not like it here or there. I do not like it anywhere!

Hope your senior year will indeed be very good for you- you have what it takes, gently, patiently, kindly-to-yourself, to make it the best year of school so far!
