Glad you’re looking for more holistic methods to solving your migraines. I do not have any experience with chakra but I can speak as a Christian.

Migraines can certainly be due to the energy around you. Stress, anxiety and just the business of life can cause bad migraines. Before you get into any alternative methods, make sure you get a second opinion from a doctor because sometimes they miss this stuff.
