No, not in all contexts are you dysfunctional. After all you accomplished earning a PhD, successful employment, living on your own, and much more. I was very specific: you are clearly dysfunctional in the context of dating/ a relationship with a man. And so, yes, you shouldn’t be dating. Meeting a man in public, always in public, would be okay. You have to protect yourself this way.
