Thank-you for your valued observations, as new insights, re-exploring and readjusting focus helps me to dive back in2 the ‘ashanti’ river of calm reflection. I tried to put the poem in2 a simple uncomplicated quick format so that people or beings might be able 2 understand without reading the books, and that those who have put in the time, gone to the retreats, read the books can easily relate to 2. I wanted to relay teachings and make them fun 4 every1 😀

The other thread I was trying to practice threads as my computer skills need development lol I looked for deleting the art thread I made, but there was none. I wasn’t even able 2 edit it lol I figured, meant 2 be 4 now 🙂 If someone could delete it I’d be grateful 🙂 Apologies
