Hello @Jasmine-3 thank you so much for asking about me and my improvement , sorry I haven’t replied, but I have been very busy with wedding planning and what not :3 . I am very blessed and thankful to say that there has been improvement and I have been eating again and can leave the home without freaking out, I have decided to mostly change my daily habits and the way I think and meditating and trying to believe that I am changing who I am and improving myself so I had to let the old me go ! Its working like a charm! Not completely there but definitely getting there! Thank you so much for your time and your care it is nice to know that there are people like you out there:)
