After many nights of personally mind torturing myself, I finally had one too many glasses of wine. Called my ex-male friend and sobbing, explained that it was never my intention to hurt him. I explained that I was not looking to get back together but only needed his forgiveness. after about two days he finally texted me saying that he does forgive me and due to passed events he no longer wanted anything to do with me. He also made it very clear that he does have strong feelings for me and that he was looking for much more. At that moment I felt free again, I do love him but in my heart it always felt wrong.
