Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – so to change your self limiting beliefs, as you called them through insight into your past and learning the skills you need to learn and practice. Slowly, if you take one step at a time,one small step at a time… the tiniest step toward healing- you are very likely to get, over time, to a much better place in your mind and life.
