The things that are making your life difficult at work curently is:

1. Blaming game- can you elaborate who is blaming who and for what? Are you doing the blaming or being blamed, or both?

2. People being fake by showing happy faces while they are not happy: can you elaborate on that- are you faking a happy face as well or are you showing your feelings on your face? How is it working for you?

3. People doing the minimum work and pretending they are hardworking in front of the boss: do you do the minimum, maximum, just “right”? Does your boss appreciate the hard work you do (if you do) or does he fall for others’ pretense of working hard? Is he aware of how much work those under his supervision are doing?
