Then you stated: “I really don’t know from where to start” –

My  suggestion: start at the beginning. Losing your personality may not be a bad thing, neither is losing some friends. And if what you considered right and wrong needs to be evaluated and changed, then it may be a good thing.

Start at the beginning. Observe, learn, evaluate, relearn.
