Not likely. More likely that her truth changes, some in response to developments in your relationship (the fallout you mentioned) and some in response to other events.

If she told you that she sees herself marrying you and a week later, said the same  thing to you about the other guy, maybe she was trying to hurt your feelings, being angry at you..?
