I found The Bach Flower Remedies by Edward Bach. I remember I used to read a lot about the healing power of flowers and trees. I would love to read it again.
I have an open and neutral attitude to this. I can read anything, but I am not always into it. Bach created solutions of alcohol and flower essences. I personally believe more in the power of teas and decoctions because I have a rich experience with them. And I don’t want to use alcohol at all. I completely stopped drinking alcohol during the Covid period and I don’t want to taste it again in any form.
But what I like is how Bach created a list of flowers and their effects on individual problems in a very specific way. For example, I am reading here that if you are “sensitive by nature” you should use walnut, centaury, agrimony and clemantis; or if you “smile only to cover feelings” you should go for agrimony; or if you are “unhappy for no reason”, you should try mustard, but if you are “unhappy due to jealousy” you should try holly. And many more tips for moods such as “avoidance”, “blame”, “confrontation”, “desire”, “spooked”, “weird” or “zombie-like”. Funny!
I can tell that he had to be very sensitive and observant. He created a very interesting list of human moods. What a vulnerable soul. It’s so nice.
It’s a new day here. A beautiful morning. Let’s enjoy it. Sending ☀️ ❤️ to everyone.
