I can so relate Im drowning in my loneliness as we speak nothing seems to do it for me at present dont get me wrong life as it seems right this very moment is good I have food I have a warm place that I live in I have money I have family and yet I am not happy I shut myself off from the world just so I can mellow in my own self doubt talk what ever you would like to call it. Ive read that I need to practice self love how does one really do this? Do I turn to a religion? Ultimately what does one do?
