I’m so glad you posted this poem, I thought I was the only feeling lonely at night. I keep having panic attacks at night but I’ve learnt to control my breathing, I’m only 14 so it’s a bit strange. But I’m glad I saw this 😀 What do you all do when you’re lonely at night?
