I would love to try yoga! I did lose a very very significant person in my life to cancer a little over two years ago, and honestly now that i think about it i feel like maybe that did play a role in jumpstarting my anxiety. I was very depressed for a good 4 months after she died, it seems like once i was over the depression, the anxiety took it’s place. But anyways, I will definitely be looking into Tai-Chi!
