Life does not remain the same. What we think and believe about life and about ourselves often remains the same throughout life. For example people who believe they are worthless, often believe that throughout much or all of their lives.

Life changes, some things remain the same: the weather changes but the sun is always there (for as long as life has been on this planet)- the sun is always there, even at night time (we just don’t see it). So the sun is always there and the weather changes.

About what people believe – better change what we believe that is not true, and keep the beliefs that are true.
