You have an understanding that the great majority of people do not. I didn’t until not too long ago. You understand how common abuse is. I had no idea. Until recently. I had no idea how bad the problem and how massive the damage, world wide.

I am tired too. I hope you are sleeping as I type this, I really do hope so, that you rest. Your brain will be even more able after a good rest.
