I am sorry you got fired from your job and I understand it is bad turn of events for you. I also think you are catastrophizing, that is arriving to conclusions that are not accurate.

You were fired and you are worthy, not worthless.
You were fired, at 24 and you are not a complete failure.
You were fired, but it doesn’t mean you are stupid.

Your boss told you that you couldn’t do very basic and elementary tasks. Maybe it is true. It may also be true that you can do high level and sophisticated tasks, if given the opportunity. Maybe the basic and elementary tasks were … too boring and your attention drifted, so you didn’t stay focused.

You are disappointed, I understand. But life is not over for you. Don’t give up on yourself.
