Over the years I was very dissociated, that is spaced out, not present, daydreaming, confused, etc. For a while now I am … well, re-associated, present, no longer daydreaming, and am clear. I am way less tired. More awake. And feel the fear when I imagine that I am about to be attacked, the heart racing, the light headedness. Still do.
