Meditation really helps me. I’ve always struggled with the common stress triggers in life: my husband and child, our business (a busy restaurant), all the bills we have to pay, traffic, health problems, etc. It’s been tough. Since starting meditation I’ve been feeling much calmer and more capable of dealing with life in general. It’s a guided meditation that has both videos and audios on different topics. You watch the 3 minute video and then you can play the 30-40 minute audio in the background and you can get on with the tasks you have to perform. This is really helpful to me because I have way too much to do to be sitting down for long periods of time.
