To understand better I ask:

1. Can you give a couple  of examples of absurd  things she asked you to do for her that she can easily do for herself?

2. How does she  manipulate you to do things for her, what does  she actually say, an example or two?

3. You wrote: “I always refuse her help because it feels like she’s just  helping  me so that I would help her next time. And  then I  feel like she’s using  me when she asks  for help”- do you feel this way about other people (family members included, a parent maybe), that they give you or help you so that you give or help them back/ using you?

Or has a parent complain to  you that other people are using her a lot, giving so to take and such?
