Part of your dating  experience was a matter of bad luck: you didn’t create that  man who had two  phones, one for you and the other for  his other girlfriend.

With this experience it  is  clear to me that when you meet  a  man next, you will be looking at certain things first: seeing  that he  doesn’t  have  two phones, for one, seeing that  he  introduces  you to his family soon enough, asking questions and expecting clear  answers (asking not in an interrogatory way of course), to see that what you did experience is not going to happen yet again.

It is also clear to  me  that because of your experience  with your father and wanting your life partner to be very different from your father, you are likely to get too alarmed about the man not planning an activity, let’s say, expecting from a man 180 degree departure from your father’s habits, which will be unreasonable.

The bad  news is that there are plenty of men who will be the wrong choice for you. The good news is that you need only one good man.

Not a “perfect” man, one  who will plan an activity every day, let’s say,  one who will never withdraw from you/ his future family (got to balance expectations), but a good enough man, one who will not lie to you, one you can trust.

Following your initial presentation of yourself, your profile, you will need to do a lot of evaluating  and selecting,  or weeding out. A whole lot of that, keeping in mind that you only need one.
