Dear Hanro:
Many people struggle being mindful during this pandemic and before the pandemic, no less. As a matter of fact, some introverted people who were stressed when being out and about and socializing before the pandemic, are now relaxing being inside their homes, not socializing. The more relaxed a person, the easier it is to be mindful and practice a mindful meditation. Do you agree?
