In the US there is a government agency called the Small Business Administration (SBA) whose goal is to “enable the establishment and viability of small businesses”. The SBA funds Women’s Business Centers (WBCs): a  national network of non-profit educational centers. These centers are “designed to assist women in starting and growing small businesses.. providing training, mentoring, business development, and financing opportunities to over 100,000 women entrepreneurs annually across the nation” (Wikipedia).

I don’t know if you are a man or a woman and I don’t know in what country you live. If you don’t live in the US, check and see if there is a government agency similar to the SBA/WBCs. Reads like help with training and mentoring (above)  is just what you need.
