Dear pete:
I looked up the name and read somewhere that you can achieve this man’s perfect, muscular body “with less than 40 minutes TOTAL training time per week. That’s right, not 40 minutes per workout, but less than 40 minutes in an ENTIRE week”. Well, I understand your attraction to this promise!
“Yeah, was at work the next day, they could not believe I came but I still have 1 arm I was able to use, plus I used my head a little and had to be a little creative” – like I said, you are amazing!
“Sometimes I think what if a car was coming in the other lane? would have gone headfirst into the grill and have had a deformed face” -it is scary to think how randomly and unexpectedly our lives can drastically change to the worse or end all together. Best we can do is to be mindful, that is, pay attention and make thoughtful, practical choices every day so to prevent harm and promote safety. For example, learn from the moving the box experience and don’t do it again.
“I became SUPER DEPRESSED like every day dealing with the intense pain… started eating like crap. I never cried, I just felt in pain and worthless and ANGRY like I was never going to be without this extreme pain for good. But now I know this won’t be forever, the pain subsides” – when we perceive pain-forever we get depressed. Anything forever feels bad, I imagine, even good things. What do you think?
