Dear Ms Independent:
My Sunday was a mix of good (I helped clean after an event outdoors; I really liked being busy, plus had some good interactions with people) and bad (smoky air from wildfires, conflicts with people at the event, and I didn’t sleep enough myself, neither Sat night nor Sun night). I hope to sleep better tonight and I hope that you get a better and longer sleep yourself!
