I am not clear about what is happening there, in your workplace, but if it is clear to you that there is corruption taking place, that is, that the manager and another worker or workers, have been stealing cash from the cash register, and maybe merchandise as well, what I would do, if I was you, would be to contact the people higher up in the charity organization and expose the corruption. I’d do it even if it meant that I’d lose my job.
