I project my thoughts on others as well! I usually do that if I drop out of an obligation and feel guilty for not following through. But I always remind myself that I am my priority and I can’t make everyone happy. Sitting still in life feels guilty at times for myself because it seems as if everyone around me is moving and improving. But I discredit the art of reflect and that not all progress can be seen. You stating the science behind meditation makes me want to put more effort into it! Thank you for your positive vibrations 🙂
