Dear Jack:

I see survival as one day at a time thing. I don’t think I take tomorrow for granted. I don’t need much in way of material things. If EVER you and your partner did travel, IF, someday, it would be nice if you came to visit. What a delightful image it is in my mind, makes me smile.

Regarding the poem, it says FIGHT FOR YOU. so it means, you the reader, aka Jack: fight for Jack, like in the workplace scenario we practiced the other day, assert, do not submit. “You in you has been misplaced” means the valuable inner child Jack, the lovable, loving Jack is there all the time and is worth fighting for! When you are not aware of your worth, your lovability, it is not because you are not those things, you just don’t SEE it from where you are at.
